Re: The Nature Photography Thread
this is where the frogs live:
![]() being that there was such a ready food supply and fantastic "housing" I had to poke around a bit more and I found what I was yearning for ![]() the body was behind a spider web, that's wy it's a bit fuzzy looking ![]() I have to confess, at that moment I was a bit lonely and missing my wonderful forum and I actually sat down and cried a little and talked to the snake

Re: The Nature Photography Thread
the frog that did the swimming - I swear he kinda got what I wanted from him, because the others would just disappear
this one I took a lot of pics of when he was sitting and then I asked him to swim for me and gave him a little nudge and he did all this posing in the water for me maybe he was hoping for a movie contract

Re: The Nature Photography Thread
Great pics Rhea, really like the one of where the frogs just poking out of the water after swimming and really good garter close up too.

Re: The Nature Photography Thread
"a little variety of species there"
Nice Rhea! Looks like you got a green frog (Rana clamitans) probably a young one, got no clue on the moth, a daddy longlegs (harvestmen) not a spider but related (Opiliones) non venomous, of course a dragonfly and a six spotted green tiger beetle (cicindela sexguttata). ![]()
