Re: Artists?

I prefer fencing, sabre actually. Bought my own equipment from a half-shady guy and only got half. The other part is on "back order" or something, probably sold on eBay.

Re: Artists?

A friend of ours did visit us last week to draw some of our plains garters. Today she brought the result, and I like it a lot !!! She also drew 2 san francisco's extra to it.

Re: Artists?

Can you scan the drawings and post them? I'd love to see the results.

Re: Artists?

I'm quite the amateur artist, actually. Professional Doodler, I like to call myself. :P Here's something I did in MS Paint a few weeks ago in around 3 or 4 hours.

I won't go into extreme detail, but this is one of my fantasy serpentine characters. The small spiderlike contraption is Project 84-SR (usually shortened to 84 in casual reference), the snake's custom built multipurpose utility unit, (basically a "Swiss Army Knife" type machine) and a companion per say.

Thanks, Mike put it on for my birthday last week. My art work is far from perfect, but felt he did a great job for me.

Re: Artists?

Here are some various concept pictures from a novel I'm thinking about writing sometime in the future.

Naja Haje -- Egyptian Cobra -- Queen of Cairo set in time after humans have left earth and snakes are their successors. Various Cleopatra cues

Python molurus bivittatus -- Burmese Python -- Exceptionally large Pure White Burmese, ruler of a secluded colony of snakes in a rainforest in Thailand. The smaller snake is a Ball Python, originally going to be the story's protagonist. I decided against it recently, but I still don't know if I'm even going to continue with the novel idea.
