I thought I would elaborate a little on my history/family. Nobody in my family has a fear of snakes. Cautious respect for venomous snakes, but no real fear. Also, my parents don't share my enthusiasm but they supported my interest while growing up. Mom even helped scoop up snakes when I dumped a bucket full of ordinoides in the living room when I was 7. She has tolerated frozen rodents and nasty fish in her freezer even though she has no real love for snakes.
Recently, since getting Amy, and showing how she is and how she'll crawl into my hand and eat from it, Mom has taken a liking to Amy. She's still taken aback when I tell her I paid $75 for a baby garter but I think she's beginning to see why Amy was worth it. My little nieces love her to pieces too. Amy never fails to bring a smile to their little faces.
From now on, I'll treat others like they treat me. Some will be glad, others should be scared
the only person I can think of at the moment is the security guard at Mikhaila's old school
she really got upset that I brought mine into the building for science day
