How to insert images directly (hotlink) into your posts

I'm using Windows XP MCE 2005 and firefox here but the procedure is fairly universal.

This is how I put full sized (works best for pics 1024 across, max) pictures directly into my posts.

I recommend you view this at full screen. Sorry, the text is blurry, but you get the gist. (my first software demo video upload)
