My new laptop eddie got me for christmas runs Vista... It's a limited edition HP pavillion built for gaming and what not. (im not good with computer specifics I jsut know it has a beautiful bronze design all over it and it's shiny) I heard so many complaints about it... and yet I have not had a single problem yet! I heard there were also compatibility issues, especially with certain games, including one that I play (world of warcraft haha!) To date the computer has not errored, frozen, slowed...etc and runs everything very smoothly.

Mine's a Compaq I got last summer. I like the unit, but mine has locked up, errored and all that good stuff. I like the original Battlefield 1942, it's hit and miss with that too.
