Welcome back. I remember being gounded when I was younger. It is had to forget when I was grounded 6 month out of the year when I was 16. I did a lot of dumb things.

my parents never grounded me but somebody watching me for a few days when they were away, locked me in my room I roped out from the window (one floor up) and hid out in the barn 'til right before my parents came back not quite the same for you, eh?

My parents never really grounded me. They made a few attempts when I was a kid (for example, when I tested a live-catching mousetrap using my own pet hamster), but they quickly noticed it didn't work as a punishment.
As a teenager, I never did anything that bad. I guess I just skipped that part of growing up.
