haha I have a feeling that the box was a hide. I burn with envy at seeing her willingness to feed......but what a great-looking snake, so cool that she'll eat in your hand like that.

Now that you mention it...I take my snakes out of their enclosures by lifting them out in their hides quite a bit. She is a very beautiful snake.

Thanks everyone. The box is just her hide, she lives in a 4'x18"x18" viv and has a lunchbox full of water to swim in, lots of cardboard tubes, tissues, hides, fake plants and a real plant to perch in. I wouldn't feed my others like this but shes only a baby so wouldn't hurt if she bit but so long as i put her back quickly after shes eaten she doesn't get time to bite me lol
