Illinois info and laws

hey,
this will help those that live or planning a visit to Illinois.My understanding is ,that if it's not on the list,you can have it,but can not sell it,with in this State.

third one is very good and next to the names are lettered codes,the key to the codes are found at the bottom of the page.

Also, while you are there, could you look at the way my current writing keeps going to the right without breaking to the next line?

What command do I use to make the text break into paragraphs?

KitKat did a fine job with the NY state laws
I did add a bit about additional laws applying to residents of the five boroughs of NYC

thanks for all the effort you have put in on the US laws i think i am best leaving the UK laws to James lol
