Reed,
they have adult red sideds at the east bay vivarium (some stub tailed checkered garters too) that would be your best bet finding a female and avoiding shipping costs. I didnt look at the pictures but they better be red sideds as per state law illegal to sell fitchi as they are native here regardless if they came from another state.

When I was going through this debate with myself on some field finds, the fitchi have a red or dirty red spot on the cheek. This is missing in pariatalis and in your specimens.
