identification problem...?

Hi

I am new to the forum and would appreciate opinions on the species and subspecies of this garter baby. The vendor who sold it did not know the species...

Well... first, someone is gonna have to tell me how to place my photos in my message!

It looks like a Oregon Red-spotted gartersnake (sirtalis concinnus)
