two headed snake

can any one tell me what kind of snake this is?
some local kids caught it.
i would really like to call them and tell them to STOP hitting the tank.
i am guessing this one was born this year and won't make it thru winter

Northern Water Snake- Nerodia sipedon sipedon. It's a young one.

I feel bad for the snake. The parents might have video'd their kids banging on the aquarium. If it didn't already have a tuff go to start, look what else it must deal with.

I canīt see the video at all, but I know about two two headed radix here.
One is in my "alcohol collection".
It lived for some weeks but was not able to feed successfully.
