I know what it is like, my babies kept dying one after the other all this past summer, they would be eating and lively one day and dead the next.

Of all the babies I only have 2 left. They look great growing and eating, but I am kinda paranoid now because the others were too. Probably won’t try to get babies again, or will let them go as soon as they are born.

babies are just so fragile
I am always anxious until they're grown a bit
I used to be so anxious every time I fed them that the blood would pound in my ears thankfully it rarely gets that bad now

Wow, guys, reading this makes me realize how lucky I am to have my Deejay. I didn't really know anything about raising garters from babyhood, and i was just sort of winging it. Somehow she's grown up healthy and strong, but now I'm not so sure if it was thanks to me or just sheer luck!!!!!
