Re: my new corn snake?? pics inside
I'm really not qualified to make guesses, but when I've seen babies with that kind of coloration, they have usually been normals.
It's a real shame they don't keep the colours they have as babies. I guess it's the same with all species..

Re: my new corn snake?? pics inside
I believe the new Garter is T. sirtalis sirtalis- Eastern Garter. Don't konw enouth about the Corns, but the more orange one looks like the normals I find in the wild.

Re: my new corn snake?? pics inside
The first corn looks to be a "bloodred" and the second to be a normal, but I've seen a lot of bloodreds that didn't show any more red than the second does. Don't hold me to it though, a lot of colors change very drastically as they mature.

Re: my new corn snake?? pics inside
these orange ones are last season snakes whatever that means,,thats what the guy said so im guessing last year,,,one looks more red and the other has way more orange,,,the little ones came from another breeder,,,and the new garter came from a different place then my first two garters did,,

i love the corns theyre colors are so variable, u might want to watch out for the garter though if u keep them all in the same tank and you dont know what sexes they are they might cross-breed
