Because we are not the owner of the appartment the lessors insurance will have to pay for all the lost and damage

Aw I'm sorry for the mess. It could have been worse, but still, this isn't something you need to deal with. Wonder if Rhea's right.. could have been a mean prank. Sorry Udo!!!
