Looking up info. on these guys some more online and found a site about herping in Maine. It has some pics of T.s.pallidulus that look lots like your snake Daniel. I'd definitely think it is T.s.pallidulus. I may have to take a trip to Maine to see what I can find to establish a breeding colony. Here's the site Maine Herping - Summer 2003, 2004
