Eurgh, problems, James... I still haven't managed to print the form off but now it's also looking dodgy for me making it to the site on Friday. My youngest is Hamlet in his school play that night now.

Of course you don't need to print the form... you can fill it in on screen, then if you right click you're given the option to fax it from your PC.
Guys, if you haven't booked yet, you need to do it. I don't want to be the only one there!
