my pugets seem to be snuggling a lot but i dont know if they mated is there any way to tell?

There is no definite way to be sure (yet) Reed, if you don't actually see it happen.

LOL!! Well, Reed, I think the best way to tell if your garter is pregnant is to look for the babies crawling around the tank...

(That's how it works with the goats, who can be tricky: you know she's preggers for sure when you see two little feet emerging)

i have the same problem, all the snakes are active but i have not observed any breeding activity. either it hasn't happened or love just isn't in the air. i guess time will tell...

With my marcianus I am still seeing daily courtship behaviour (maybe less so recently) but I haven't seen them joined. I guess unless you actually witness it, you can only hope the female begins to put weight on.
