That one or two of them are misaligned. Is this a problem?

A photo would help, Kyle... but if it's just scalation it shouldn't be a problem. Aberrant scales aren't rare.

Yes, I know just from look at it it's just scalation. A few of the scales are stacked kinda jigsaw style, like this example on a cockroach I found:
