Favorite Snakes
what is your favorite type of garter snake?
Mine is the San Francisco Garter Snake (Thamnophis sirtalis tetrataenia) although they are illegal to catch or possess, due to their very small population... they are very colorful and if i could own one i would... ![]() see this website for more information on them... Easy to handle and tame, even wild caught ones like mine
