I sent Scott a link to the pictures and here's his response:
"The link you sent looks like they may be the West Virginia garter babies I had a few years ago. They were quite beautiful, lost the adults from them and wish I had more of them to work with." So there, Ryan. When they make babies, I definitely would like a couple. Rhea |

no prob, you got it .
actualy ide rather sell my babies to my thamnophis friends on this site than at shows , i breed garters just for fun outa love n fascination of these guys , all my other snakes i love but there more a collection and way of imcome to help my @ass eat and pay bills , garters are awesome , they could be the pickiest ,highest needing reptile and i would still have a million , there not like normal coulubrids that for sure, all my pride n joy's out of my collection of reptiles are my garters . gotta love em |

in terms of personality no other snake i've ever met is anywhere near as interesting I am a full fledged garter junkie |

I couldn't agree more. I've kept literally hundreds of species over the past forty years, but I always come back to Thamnophis. They're just in a class of their own, nothing compares!
