Yes, it's a male wandering...they come out a few days before the females do, then just "wander" around looking for the girls..lol!!!
It's fun to sit at the den and watch the snakes crawl around, they ignore me and just keep on looking for the girls. I don't know if I will be able to get any pics of the girls...will try to swing by the den on my lunch, but only have 2 days to do it...will be leaving for vacation for a week and a half and they will probably be gone from the den site by then. |
