Since I'll be eligible to win next month's photo contest (you see, I can't win this month's contest BECAUSE I WON LAST MONTH

), I propose that next month's theme be "constricting garters." Then everyone with a picture of one will have an equal chance of winning

I think maybe someone just tied that Garter in a knot, to make it look like constriction!
