those pictures and the video were taken right before I put him down. It was really nice to spend time with him. I kind of wish I loved on him longer but it also hurt to see him in the condition he was in. Not sure if it shows in the pics but he was literally skin and bones. This year has started off so badly, I'm not sure whether it's a sign that the year is going to suck, or hope that it's going to get better... I really hope it gets better because all these deaths are not making for a very stable me.

I'm so sorry Chantel...I just know how much you must be hurting right now. I wish there was something I could say to make it better, but I know I can't. I know how much you loved Ember. You did everything you could. He is at peace now...just know that. He takes your love with him. Alright look...I am officially declaring that this year has got to start picking up, because it has started out so crappy for all of us! I will it to be so! Marnie has spoken dangit! Dangit sounds so stupid when I am trying to be forceful...stupid bad word blockers...argggh.

Well it certainly has caused my chest quite a bit of pain... It feels like someone punched my ribs.

I really do hope the year perks up, because if it stays this bad I have no chance of getting a job. God knows I need money right now. I'd be able to take better care of my snakes if I had more money. I'd also be more stable mentally because I could afford some actual medication for my problems!
You should have used doggonit... Uhhh... I don't know how to spell it.

I need a job too...isn't it fun trying to find a job when there aren't any to be found and your depressed and feel like crap? I hope the pain eases up some...although I know it will take some time. I'm going to bed...dagnabit.

It isn't just that, it'd be my first job... Got agoraphobia but decided that the only way to get over it was to take it head on... Phobias and depression don't mix well.

From what you described there was only one thing you could do for Ember. When you can get through a day like this and not feel like **** afterwards, that is when you need to worry. Tomorrow will because better day.
And hats off for taking your phobias on headfirst.
