snake surprise
I haven't been on in a while, alot to catch up on!!!!lol
I went to my favorite snake spot and missed the garter i caught and released last time by a tail! after calling it quits my wife and i were surprised by this...![]() this was one big water snake... ![]() it dissapeared on the opposite shoreline, otherwise i would be holding it in these pics!lol

Hmm, I didn't get a shot of where the snake was sitting. But here is a picture on the docks we were on. If you look pass my sons, and husband...there is a bit of a weed patch way up from where we are standing. Forget what those things are called, cat tails or something? lol Anyway they're all dried up and it was just on the other side of that part in the back of the picture (basically same thing on the other side). Right on the shore he was sitting, when he heard us walking on the dock we caught him swimming.

Also here are some pictures of the area we see the snakes we've posted here. Also were were go "hunting" for them
![]() ![]() We walk up under this bridge and this next pic is the other side... ![]() To the right of the picture you can see a bigger rock? That's what we think is the Den to the Garter's. Since on any given day there is always at least ONE there lol. We've seen some babies as well. Here is the surrounding area of this one spot. We go often, it's such a beautiful spot to even go for a walk ;o) ![]()
