Enclosure for a Nelson's Milksnake

I'm getting a small Nelsoni soon, I'm pretty sure I know everything I need but I just want someone who knows to double check. So will someone run me through everything I need?

I'm sure this will get moved to the 'Other Pets' thread, but their set up is exactly the same as garters with the addition of a little extra heat. For species where extra heat is important (some will say it's not for milks?) I like a heat mat on a thermostat. You can buy both made for horticulture through amazon.com for a lot less $ than at your local pet store.
