well i hope these will help ya they arent the best pix but you can see how the females tail tapers a bit
female  compared the more straightened tail of a male male  sorry the pix arent the best shot them real quick before coming to work

Yeah, mine has that hardly noticeable "bump thing" before it starts tapering, I think where the hemipenes are.
