    Illinois sirtalis sirtalis

    Eastern from northwestern illinois, i normally find semifasciatus or radix so it was nice to see sirtalis

    I love snakes and everything about them. Started when I was kid at my great grandma's house. She had a farm and across the creek was untouched land filled with garters!!

    this is one of my favorite spots to herp, where the road tees w the tracks i have found fox snakes, northern waters, and easterns garters. Productive little spot
