    Thamnophis hammondii

    also known as the two striped garter snake, not flashy in coloration but a handsome snake, very rare in collections. pics are of male and female and some belly shots cuz i like their bellies

    and the male, he's more classic looking with the yellow on the sides and is unrelated to female

    Joe and I have discussed this many times. One of the first things we both do when we pick up a snake is flip it over and look at it's belly!!! Even though you never see a snake's belly it is one of my favorite things about a snake.
    Mother of many snakes and a beautiful baby girl! I am also a polymer clay artist!
