I thought I would start a thread about a much over-looked garter snake.
I'll get things started with my one and only ribbon, Shyblue (Thamnophis proximus orarius) Gulf Coast Ribbon
I need to get on to making some decent up to date pictures of all my snakes, but here are two older ones.
One of the girls;
The other lady together with my Radix;

Both are Proximus Proximus btw.
One of them is an easy eater while the other one is the finicky eater Ribbons are known for. I find it interesting that snakes within the same species, they're even sisters, can be so very different in character.

I can't say I've seen many young ribbons and someone correct me if I'm wrong but the snake looks too lean. No offense intended.
