Hi, I have just bought this book but not yet recieved it, I searched for a few weeks and found www.Amazon.co.uk (or .com if you are in the usa..) to be the cheapest

thanks for the quick reply.I tried amazon but for some reason they said they couldn't ship to me. I live in montreal quebec.

Hi John,

Did you try Amazon.com or .ca. I would think the Canadian site should ship to you or you could try chapters.com. They also ship in Canada.
