Commenting on Pictures

Hi Boots,
How do we post comments about somebody else's pictures? Hilde, for example, had an unusual broth in the food dish of one of his red-sided garters, and I was curious about it. I just sent him a private message with the name of his photo, but isn't there a way to make comments in the photo section? Gratefully,
