Re: Subscriptions

Glad to hear you solved it. Just remember that you will also need to unsubscribe from any ones you previous subscribed too in order to stop receiving the emails.

I will also see what I can do about adding a link to unsubscribe at the bottom of each email for ease.

Re: Subscriptions

If you go to your User CP, select Edit Options from the list on the left, scroll down to Messages and Notifications. There you will find a drop down menu...select "No e-mail notification", then (this is the important bit) scroll right down to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes". Good luck guys.

Re: Subscriptions

Hope this helps clear it up for some. If not please drop me a PM.

Step 1

You will need to go into the "User CP" and look for the "Edit Options" under the "Setting & Options" heading. Click on it

Step 2

In the "Messaging & Notification" box you will need to change your "Default Thread Subscription Mode". This will effect all future threads you post too.

Step 3

Now to clear up your current subscriptions. Click on the "User CP" and look for the "List Subscriptions" in the "Subscribed Threads" box. Click on it

Step 4

In the Subscribed threads in Folder, on the right hand side, click the threads you would like to change the subscription for.

Step 5

At the bottom of the Box you will find a drop down, which lists the different options. Here you can delete the subscriptions or update the frequency to daily or weekly updates.

Clear as mud? I hope not and if you have questions, please send me a PM. I am here to help.

Jason

Re: Subscriptions

Thankyou, Jason. That's much easier to follow than my garbled attempt!
