How do i stop subscribing to threads?

I get 20 emails a day saying there are new posts and i don't know how to stop it.

It's kind of pointless me getting them seeing as i visit the forum pretty much every hour of every day anyway.

i managed to get mine sorted ages ago with the help of james but i still get the odd stragler pop through the net lol

It just seems to be Morphs' options I can't alter! Weird!
