Hey Jason,
Just wanted to say that I really like the new look to the site. Very cool! Especially like the new logo with the garter on it.

I like the new look and especially the tabs are great, but the "Forum Contains New Posts" icon is IMO too similar to the one for "Forum Contains No New Posts". It could use a stronger color.

Or how about turning the garter into a red-sided one for the forums with new posts.
