The "does my bum look big in this?" thing in the caption contest. The phrase was a sort of recurring joke on the show.

A lot of people use it.

I just wondered if it was a reference to the show. You see, I'm the kind of person who often quotes or makes references to shows and movies etc., so I guess I've just started keeping an eye out for people that tend to do the same thing.

Made a reference to The League of Gentlemen yesterday. Don't know if anybody noticed that one.

Hmmmmmm…… I think Rhea is getting to know me too well.

. I do think “bum” is WAY cuter than any equivalent American phraseology (and totally appropriate).
