somebody messed with the computer settings and I can't do Umlauts any more
I hate the ae oe ue thingies - they make words look ugly so - in English Udo - you'll definitely win over me but you realize die Konkurrenz hier ist beachtlich

- it's still a bit hit or miss for me, whereas there's quite a few people here who actually know what they're doing

My camera has a multiple shot option.
So its easier to catch the right moment, but it is harder to select the right pic at least. My list is down to seven and I view a slide show again and again. |

James cause a lot of the trouble we have to fight He got a nice shot, well composed in colour and a hitting title. But you got a nice shot of a rare garter as well. I´ve never seen ´pallidulus alive Here is another "second best" pic for all those in had to rejekt: ![]() |

Thanks Udo: You spent 9 hours, and I spent 9 minutes, and that includes catching the snake, getting the camera, finding a rock, taking the photos and releasing the snake, and I thought that it took a long time.
I certainty admire your persistence, and hard work. I think it paid off!

I hope so too, but...
I can´t disclaim that I´ve had a lot of fun trying different tricks to make the snakes pose and not hide. and as an additional gain, I have two more albums with nice pics. |
