September 2007 Photo Contest.

The theme for this months' contest, chosen by adamanteus will be "Yawning". The rules are as follows;

1) Each participant is allowed only one entry.
2) The competition will remain open for new entries for the first three weeks of September, the final week being set aside for voting.
3) Pictures must be related to Garter or Ribbon Snakes and must be within the theme set by last months' winner in order to be eligible.
4) The winner may choose the theme for the October competition, but may not participate in it.
5) It is understood that the winner gives his or her permission for their winning photograph to be posted on the portal page, in the voting poll and in the caption contest, unless otherwise stated beforehand.

I know it's quite a difficult theme this month, but I hope it will bring in some interesting photos, and make us all sit watching our snakes for hours on end! Here is a sample of the kind of shot that would be eligible. Good luck guys, happy snapping!
