The exclusion rule only applies to the photo contest....so that the winner cannot choose a theme which he or she knows they have a good chance of winning. So avoiding the chance of an unfair advantage. Please feel free to enter the caption contest as may times as you wish.
I will personally be delivering your 'Grand Prize'...... eventually.

Sorry Natalie, but only Garter and Ribbon snakes are eligible for the competitions. You'll have to get busy with your camera!

This is almost like a South American Garter, it loves water & will eat frogs & fish ROTFL!

I love the first one. I think you are so focused looking at the snake that you don't really see the background!
