Thank-you so much, everyone.
I really appreciate all the help that was offered and all the advice people gave me over the past couple of weeks. And all the condolences are wonderful now. I would have had a much harder time dealing with this alone. This forum is the BEST!!

im soooooo sorry for your loss, is this infection/abcess thing a common occurance in captive bred garters? you are right i think we would all like to know what the causes are to this.
