Thanks everyone for the input...Chris, I had a dog named Binky when I was little.
Our Binky is named after a horse in Terry Pratchett's Discworld books, on account of our Binky being an albino. It's not a common name, but then Binky wasn't your everyday horse.

We named our dog Binky because she used to carry pacifiers around in her mouth, and I called pacifiers "binkies" when I was little.
Cee Cee is good today...no more weird regurgitation. She ate two worms today and drank water and seems fine. Thanks to everyone for the concern and input!
Good to know it was just a temporary blip. Just the water going down the wrong way.
