Thought we'd make a "hello" thread before we browse the site and ask for information/help
![]() My husband recently stubbled across a Garter snake at work. He was at work, he's in Construction and they had to distroy her habitat. So he brought her home for the boys to see. But now we've become attached (well him more than me haha). Now we're full of questions and looking for information to get to know our little "Pinky" a bit more and to service to her needs ![]() Hubby has looked up and read alot about Gartner snakes and we're sure she's female. But not 100% sure. If I can get my hands on a camera I'll take a pic and maybe get some input (I have a cell phone, but the pics aren't quite as clear). Oh yeah a bit about us, I'm 25, hubby is 26. We've been married 7yrs, together 10 and have two little boys who are 7 and 5yrs old. We also own a very handsome Doberman who is 1.5yrs named Bruno and a Manx Cat that we adopted who is 9 months named Max Both of us will be browsing, posting, and reading the site ![]() |

Re: Hello from Canada! :o)
Hi Pinky,
I hope you enjoy it here. Be sure to click on the "articles" tab for a lot of good information about general care techniques and common choices that you'll have to make. It's a work-in-progress, but it's already a great resource. Hope to hear from you again soon, Rick |
