Re: Hello

Ryan, I'm sure you will enjoy it here. I presume your new "signature" is referring to handling your snake?

Re: Hello

Hi Ryan,

Welcome to the forum. Your research sounds fascinating, and it'll be great to have another member with advanced knowledge of genetics. Mine is a bit rusty, but Kitkat usually keeps me fairly straight. She might suggest that it takes more than one person to keep an eye on my genetic trivia, though . I look forward to hearing from you often and wish you the best in your search for an interesting garter to keep. You shouldn't have to look too far, given your location. Will you try to find a wild one or purchase one from a breeder? Too bad California doesn't let other Californians buy their awesome herpetofauna at reptile shows. Kind regards,

Rick

P.S. Don't forget about the years post-doc research
