Posting pictures

Now I'm almost certain there are numerous threads on the subject but I felt I may get a faster response if I make my own post. Anyways, I am new here and tried uploading pictures but I am not given the option to upload any. So here's what I did: I clicked on "Gallery" and then "My Photos" but there is no button there to upload photos. :confused:

Any help would be appreciated :)
