Smallest Garters/Ribbons

Can anyone tell me what the smallest species of Garter are? Also are they commonly available in the UK?

The smallest is Thamnophis exsul. The largest ever found was 46 cm.
It´s a Mexican species that is nowhere available in the hobby.

one of the smaller species is the shortheaded garter, have rarely seen them available here...

my , "funky' "phase northwestern is a small one, i hear they dont get too big. very stubbed short head
