    Exclamation I found him :d

Hi TF I haven't been on this forum for up to six months ever since my garter snake Buddy escaped back in June. Well as i walked into my house on 10/01/2014 i found him belly up with lint and dust around his scales, I was shocked because my cat might have got him. He wasn't moving at all and i feared he was dead but then i saw a little tongue i KNEW he was alive. I ran up the stairs into my room and grabbed the heat lamp from my house gecko, he wasn't moving for about two minutes but he started to breathe and his head started to move ever so slightly One buddy started to move more i quickly set up a kritter keeper for him with a mini heat pad with paper towel substrate. I left him in there for a half hour and i was back again and saw him moving so much this literally happened moments before i posted this!!

Hydration for the first few days then introduce a small amount of food. How does he look? any folds in the skin?

Here's hoping he makes a good recovery. If he hasn't got any skin folds he must have been finding water and may actually have found odd bits of food while he was loose.

Just fed him a rosy red, he's eaten it! I know rosy reds have Thiamine b1
deficiency but it was the only thing they had.
