    Time to seperate?

Our girl Sky just shed her skin ... she's about 3foot and hovering around 250g .... I'm thinking of moving her into a baby-proof box at the end of the week ... what do you guys think? ... she's definately gained weight since she got here (although I didn't have my scales then).

That sounds like a good idea, just to be on the safe side.

When did she eat last? Mine(radixes) have always stopped eating about a week before giving birth. Moving her now is a good idea since birthing is imminent.
Great looking snake. Do you have a photo of the male?

That's also a good indication with me, when they stop eating it's usually not that long anymore and you can seperate them

    Re: Time to seperate?

She's due a feed today so I'll see wether she's willing. She's sharing the female tank with the other Florida blue girly at the moment but I don't think it'll do any harm moving Sky to the large contico for a while .

Spazz has been difficult to photograph but here's the last shot I took of the father
