    A new member from Ireland

I've been lurking around this site for the past couple of weeks but didn't feel that it was
appropriate to post until I had my first garters in hand. Yesterday I picked up a beautiful
pair of San Francisco garters and will post some pictures of them later. A little bit about
myself, I've been keeping snakes for over 15 years now, and nowadays I specialise in keeping
dwarf Sonoran boas ( have pure pairs of het leopards, hypos, super hypos, anery,
hypos het anery) and some Pituophis ( annectens (normals, super hypos and albinos),
deserticola , vertebralis and my favourites, a trio of deppei jani... looking forward to speaking
to everyone on this wonderful forum...

Nice to have you with us Martin. Just curious, why garters?
Here's a link to the forum care sheet which is always a good read. Looking forward to seeing some photos of your pair of T. s. tetrataenia (San Francisco garter snake)
