Wc eastern garter snake allowed?

i have a question. I wanna buy an garter snake. I saw she has eastern garter snake that she said is captive bred. However she said the parents were wildcaught. Im in Ontario. I want to buy the babies but is it legal for her to be selling it. In other words is it legal to cbb garter snakes even if they are native to the area?
