Why is my profile picture not showing when I post a comment?

Because you didn't do it right.

Go to user CP, change Avatar, click the browse/upload thing, choose photo, and hit "save changes".

OK When I click avatar do I choose 'do not use avatar' or 'custom avatar?'

Click: Use Custom Avatar. Than click where it says Option 2: Upload Pic From Computer

FYI, the Profile Picture, is what's on your profile, not your avatar

It's that picture under your name!! Right there, of the dog. See? You did it.

A profile picture is the one you had of that "hill" on your profile. But, since you got them confused that is now your dog also. (good looking one btw)
