    On The Hunt

    Here we see an adult female T.radix stealthily approaching its unsuspecting prey.
    She knew to come in down wind as not to alert her quarry.
    Moments after this photo she took her prey. Due to the graphic nature to those photos they will not be posted.

    Okay...I just keep picturing a garter trying to swallow a rottweiler now...not in a horrible way...but in a funny way. I picture the snake all serious about it and the dog looking at the snake like "Come on...are you kidding me?". Just so you know, no actual dogs were hurt in this image.
